The first story is about a young girl who was strangled. A woman accuses her boyfriend and her testimony leads to the two of them being arrested. But three years later, a letter turns up taunting the police with details of this and other murders. The author turns himself in and confesses to five more murders! The second story takes us to Wichita, where families are being brutally murdered. “BTK” – Bind, Torture, Kill – sends letters. The police know he wants to be famous and arrange fake press conferences to trap him.
