2-2. Motagua and Herediano joined the semi-finals, setting up next week

Tegucigalpa, September 25 (EFE).- Honduras’ Motagua and Costa Rica’s Herediano were tied 1-1 in the final stages of Concacaf’s Copa Centroamericana semifinals when the series was abandoned before next week.

The Honduras equipment was already in office barely three minutes ago when the Argentine Rodrigo Gómez left the marker for Motagua after making a good decision from the band received by the Portero rival Aarón Cruz.

During an intense encounter at the Estadio José de la Paz Herrera, Gómez had the opportunity to make an appearance on the second day of Motagua until the 29th minute after a school year, but the portero of Herediano waited for the farewell.

Motagua now had control of the game, with Luis Vega finding his way to the goal with a goal. Then Rubilio Castillo also had the intention of responding with a powerful counter that the rival reacted well.

In the second year, Herediano’s technician Jafet Soto made a substitution, replacing Miguel Basulto with José González, who faced the marker in the 47th minute with a game difference of 1:1.

From now on we will intensify our teams, control the game and confirm the rival’s mistakes when he plays in the area.

Motagua, without losing his composure, slowly recovered the ball and confirmed the speed of his players, especially the Argentine Rodrigo Auzmendi, who was the protagonist in the second year, in the 79th minute.

Since the 87th minute, Motagua has been playing with these men by expelling Walter Martínez.

Herediano’s sustained offensive was rewarded in the 97th minute when Everardo Rubio left the locker room.

The participant of this last season was contested on October 2 at the stadium with José Rafael Fello, local of Herediano.
