Berlin. Because of the Berlin Marathon, many places are considered an absolute no-parking zone. In Charlottenburg the tow trucks come every minute.

The marathon weekend in Berlin kicks off on Saturday Skaters on a new route. Numerous vehicles had to be towed along Wintersteinstrasse in Charlottenburg. There has been an absolute no-parking policy here since 4 a.m.

With a tilt on the tow truck: Transporters are also taken out of the parking bays on the Wintersteinstrasse lifted. Several tow trucks come every minute and take illegal parkers from Brauhofstrasse, Eosanderstrasse and Wintersteinstrasse away from the skate track.

Die Skaters Start on Saturday at 12.20 p.m. Around 3,500 participants are taking part. In order to prevent a huge crowd from forming, the starting phase was extended to one hour and three starting blocks. The professionals roll over the start line first at 12.20, followed by the ambitious skaters. The recreational athletes roll off in the third and final starting block.
