Harburg – Lots of activity in the Lü, full shopping centers, piano sounds in many places and numerous activities for the whole family: The Shopping Sunday under the motto “Family Day” attracted many people to Harburg City in good autumn weather.

With many thousands of people making their way to the city, the event was a complete success. The mood was happy and people took the opportunity to sing, dance and discover the latest autumn trends together in good weather.

Both the shopping centers, specialist shops and many local retailers open their doors and offer numerous promotions to ensure that this day is a special highlight for the whole family.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the project “Play the piano!” This came to a brilliant conclusion as part of “Family Day” and thrilled visitors and participants alike. At the end of August, a total of nine artistically designed pianos were set up in central locations in Harburg. They were not only a visual eye-catcher, but also served as a musical stage for everyone who sat down at the piano.

There were also happy faces at the Phoenix Center, which celebrated its 20th birthday for a week. “Our successful birthday week with many highlights for the customers came to a great end this Sunday”said center manager Danijela Brko compared to harburg-aktuell.

The popular Gospeltrain twins also performed there on Sunday Merito and Rogerio Antonio (Photo below) for a magical moment: The two of them play together on the artist’s Ralf Schwinge designed piano a mini concert. With their spontaneous appearance, the two enchanted many listeners and caused enthusiasm.

The next Shopping Sunday will take place on Sunday, November 3rd. Then everything revolves around him 20th Harburg Culture Day.
