New leaks are said to indicate various upgrades

According to the leak, the new M4 MacBook Pro will have 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. Previous leaks had already indicated that the M4 Macs would start with 16 GB of RAM. The new leak would also confirm these rumors.

It is also possible on the packaging that the M4 MacBook Pros should have a 10-core CPU. Previous leaks had already raised this too. The current M3 models have 8 and 10 core CPUs.

According to the package information, the M4 models should have three Thunderbolt 4 ports. However, the current M3 MacBook Pro only has two of these ports.

There should also be a line on the packaging that says “SPB/10C CPU/10C GPU/16GB/512GB”. “SPB” stands for Space Black. Silver-colored models are usually referred to as “SLV”. This could mean that the new basic MacBook Pro will be launched in Space Black instead of Space Gray.
