Ragnhild Mowinckel (32) said goodbye to the ski world in tears at the beginning of the year, but now the 32-year-old has another reason to smile! Mowinckel and her Mathias are celebrating their dream wedding this weekend.

In April 2023, her lover asked for her hand in marriage, and now the couple said yes in sunny Italy. But the former ski racer doesn’t actually make her wedding public; fans won’t find any photos on either Instagram channel. Ex-ski star Tina Weirather shares sweet insights from the celebration.

The Liechtenstein native posted a video of her friend Mowinckel on social media, wearing a white dress, ready for the traditional bridal bouquet toss. Weirather writes that she “felt so much love and joy” at the wedding. Ski colleagues Nina Haver-Löseth, Joana Hählen and Kajsa Vickhoff also didn’t miss the celebration.
