Strictly spoilers 2024: Week 3 elimination leaked online

In order not to spoil the broadcast, Newsquest will not reveal details of which two celebrities were in the bottom two places as these results have not been verified.

The 2024 series is currently in its early stages as only one couple, Tom Dean and Nadiya Bychkova, have been eliminated so far.

Week 3 was movie week, with couples incorporating characters like Barbie, The Little Mermaid, George of the Jungle and Mrs. Doubtfire into their routines.

At the end of the evening, Tasha Ghouri and Aljaž Škorjanec led the leaderboard with 34 points.

Several couples weren’t far behind with 33 points, including Punam Krishan and Gorka Márquez, Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola, and Shayne Ward and Nancy Xu.

Strictly fans react to the Week 3 elimination leak

As the results show, Strictly Come Dancing will be filmed on the same night as the rest of the show but will be broadcast a day later. This way, people in the crowd while filming can know in advance who will be eliminated.

The result of the week three dance-off was announced online this morning and many fans seemed to agree that it was the right decision.

Many took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share their thoughts, with one saying: “So happy with this outcome, so glad they’re gone.”

Another shared similar sentiments, posting: “I would like to thank the British public for getting it right for once.”

One person seemed to think the losing couple’s choice of song didn’t help their case, writing: “Absolutely the right result, although they had no chance with that song choice, right?”

However, not everyone was in complete agreement, as one shared: “Personally, I would have preferred if the other participant had been sent home, but they were definitely the right two finishers.”
