Thieves steal expensive cameras worth 14,000 euros

Dresden – Unknown people were in a photography shop in the night of this Monday Old town broke in and grabbed technology worth over 14,000 euros!

As a spokesman for the Dresden Police Department told TAG24, shortly before 5 a.m. the perpetrators apparently broke into the shop on Hertha-Lindner-Strasse via the front entrance in an as yet unknown manner.

Inside, they grabbed two cameras for a total of around 14,350 euros.

Apparently they also cut the cable securing of the firmly anchored devices.

According to an employee, the stolen cameras were two Canon devices and lenses. An employee reported the theft shortly before 8 a.m., according to officials. Now the police are investigating the camera theft.
