“ABC 20/20 Special to Confront Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Arrest and Allegations”

More celebrities from Sean “Diddy” Combs’ inner circle will speak in an interview about the disgraced hip-hop mogul 20/20 ABC’s primetime special airing Wednesday nights.

Secret Life of Diddy – A special edition of 20/20from ABC News Studios, will feature singer, rapper and actor Ray J in an interview discussing the recent criminal charges against Diddy, who remains in prison awaiting trial.

The October 9 special will also interview Lizzette Martinez, a survivor of abuse at the hands of R. Kelly, who will discuss an encounter she allegedly had with Diddy.

Tiffany Red, a friend of Cassie Ventura, the rap and fashion mogul’s ex-girlfriend and a Grammy-winning producer and songwriter herself, will discuss Ventura’s relationship with Diddy in an interview. In May, a 2016 video surfaced showing Combs physically attacking Ventura. Ventura filed a lawsuit against Diddy, detailing years of physical and sexual abuse.

That lawsuit was quickly settled out of court, but led to other accusers, including Liza Gardner, Joi Dickerson-Neal and Crystal McKinney, making similar complaints. Combs has denied the allegations and largely said accusers were seeking a payout.

However, those legal complaints were eclipsed on September 17 when Diddy was arrested in Manhattan on charges including sex trafficking, forced labor, coercion into prostitution and drug trafficking.

“Once a paragon of black excellence, the allegations of violence and sexual assault could send Diddy to prison for the rest of his life, with far-reaching consequences. New reports and new details continue to emerge as allegations of his alleged criminal enterprise involving “freak-offs,” drug trafficking and sex trafficking come to light,” ABC News Studio said in a statement accompanying the primetime special.

Elsewhere, Investigation Discovery, a documentary about the rise and fall of Diddy, is in production. And Netflix snapped 50 cents Documentary about sexual assault allegations against the fallen rap and fashion mogul.
