Moto3: Dettwiler will start in Australia

Noah Dettwiler plans to return to his motorcycle soon. The 19-year-old from Solothurn fell on the first lap of the Japanese GP last Sunday and suffered a compression fracture in the lower area and an injury to his wrist. No further injuries to the sacrum were found in Switzerland, which is why Dettwiler was able to start training again. His goal is to start the Moto3 race again in Australia a week from now on Sunday. In Philip Island he will have to complete an on-site medical check.

Formula 1: Toyota joins Haas

Toyota returns to Formula 1 after 15 years. The Japanese manufacturer enters into a technical partnership with the US team Haas. The Toyota logo will be visible on the cars of Nico Hülkenberg and Kevin Magnussen at the GP USA in Austin on October 20th. Toyota Racing was active in Formula 1 from 2002 to 2009 and achieved 13 podium places during this time, but remained without a win. Toyota will provide “design, engineering and manufacturing services,” Haas said.
