Shaboozey and Benson Boone appear on “NBA on TNT Road Show.”

The NBA is back! To celebrate the start of the upcoming 2024-25 season, basketball fans can attend the annual NBA on TNT American Express Road Show.

This year’s free, fan-focused event, which will take place after the Celtics’ championship win on October 22 at City Hall Plaza in Boston, will feature a pregame performance by Shaboozey and a postgame performance by Benson Boone. Both stars had big hits this year with “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” and “Beautiful Things.”

The NBA on TNT American Express Road Show is hosted by TNT Within the NBA Studio crew consisting of Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal who will report live from the venue.

In addition to performances, the NBA on TNT American Express Road Show features a variety of other family-friendly activities including games, activations, giveaways, contests and more. Additionally, live game coverage from NBA on TNT will be shown on video walls throughout the event.

American Express Card members have access to a special priority entrance at City Hall Plaza.

The NBA regular season begins with a doubleheader as the Boston Celtics host the New York Knicks at TD Garden at 7:30 p.m. ET, followed by the Minnesota Timberwolves against the Los Angeles Lakers at 10:00 p.m. ET. Both games will be broadcast on TNT.
