Apple also presented watchOS 11.1 Beta 5 and tvOS 18.1 Beta 5 this evening. visionOS 2.1 has also received another beta.

In addition to iOS 18.1 and iPadOS 18.1 Beta 7, Apple also presented other new test versions this evening. watchOS 11.1 Beta 5 and tvOS 18.1 Beta 5 were also distributed to registered developers.

These new test versions can now be downloaded and installed by all developers. VisionOS 2.1 was also made available for developers to download in the fifth beta.

New updates coming soon

Apple will probably make the next updates available for download for all users in a few weeks. Observers expect iOS 18.1 and iPadOS 18.1 to be released on October 28th, and a similar time frame should also apply to the other test versions that are currently still in beta.

The coming updates bring the first wave of Apple Intelligence features to iPhones and Macs, but only in the USA on the iPhone and initially only in English.
