KB5045594 Windows 10 22H2 [Manueller Download] 19045.5070 as a new optional update October

Tonight Microsoft released the new optional update for Windows 10 22H2. It is KB 5045594 and this increases the version number to 19045.5070. The update is currently being distributed in the RP and Beta channels and also brings various new features.

Windows 10 also now has the new account manager in the start menu, as was the case in Windows 11. The anger that Microsoft caused among users with the “Logout” button has not yet been corrected here. Unsubscribe is hidden in the 3 dots (…).

• Under “Settings” > “System” > “About” you will now find a revised interface with top cards that highlight important hardware specifications of your new device. These cards are designed to inform you about the key details of the hardware device that are important to you.

• Start menu: New! This update begins the rollout of the new Account Manager in the Start Menu. The new design makes it easier to view your account and access your account settings. To switch to another user, select the ellipses (…) next to Sign Out. The Lock command is now in the main menu (Power). Note: This change may not be available to all users as it is being rolled out gradually.
• vmswitch Fixed: A vmswitch throws a stop error. This occurs when you use Load Balancing and Failover (LBFO) teaming with two virtual switches on a virtual machine (VM). In this case, a virtual switch Single Root Input/Output Virtualization (SR-IOV) is used.
• Upgrade to Windows 11 A race condition causes this Stop error 0x3B. This may occur when upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
• Product activation phone numbers Correction: Added new phone numbers for different regions.
