The incident was first reported on September 27, but the report states the incident occurred between September 24 and 25 at the Wood Street Garage.

CBS Austin reporter Jahmal Kennedy first reported this story and said after the update on social media that it’s “worth noting that the victim in this story told me that he was not on campus when he was the incident occurred. He only found out after he left and “therefore the reported date and the date the incident likely occurred are different.”
