Several more updates to the 2024-25 UNC basketball schedule

On Tuesday, the UNC basketball program announced four previously unknown seasons on the Tar Heels’ 2024-25 regular season roster.

The Tar Heels, who are preparing for the fourth season of the Hubert Davis era in Chapel Hill, will face fellow blue-blood Kansas at 7:00 p.m. ET (ESPN2) at the Jayhawks’ historic Allen Fieldhouse on Friday, November 8th compete.

They meet Hawaii in a street fight on Sunday (Saturday Night in Hawaii), November 23 (ESPN2), at 12:30 a.m. ET, setting up the Tar Heels’ appearance at the Maui Invitational a few days later.

And there are now details for two more UNC trips on the ACC schedule: against Pitt at the Dean E. Smith Center on Saturday, 4 p.m. ET on Saturday, Feb. 8 (ESPN or ESPN2) and against Miami in Chapel Hill at noon ET on Saturday, March 1 (ESPN or ESPN2).

So the only unannounced date on the Tar Heel schedule is the away contest against Louisville at the KFC Yum! Center on Wednesday, January 1 (ACC Network).

Before the regular season begins with a home game against Elon on November 4 at 9 p.m. ET (ACC Network), UNC basketball will conclude its preseason with two exhibition games: Tuesday at 7 p.m. ET at Memphis (ESPNU) and against Division II Johnson C. Smith at the Smith Center at 2 p.m. ET on Sunday, October 27 (ACC Network Extra).
