Girl, 13, charged with violent disorder following riot on County Road

A 13-year-old girl has been charged in connection with a violent riot that occurred on County Road in Walton on August 3rd. The Anfield girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with violent disorder, theft and theft by finding.
