In the video overlooking Cincinnati Animal CARE’s playground, a car can be seen parked on the street outside.

Not long after, the person and dog can be seen on the sidewalk before the dog is thrown over the 6-foot-tall fence.

Luckily, the dog gets up after hitting the ground.

“When Cincy CARE staff found the dog in the yard, they rushed to help the animal, which was seen limping after the horrific act,” the shelter explained. “Hamilton County dog wardens and staff were able to easily vaccinate the animal and it was taken to a shelter where it was further evaluated for injuries.”

According to Cincinnati Animal CARE, the car captured on video appears to be a black Honda Accord.
