Trump sells 0,000 worth of “Swiss-made” watches. The search for the manufacturer took a bizarre turn

Trump sells $100,000 worth of “Swiss-made” watches. The search for the manufacturer took a bizarre turn

Last month, Donald Trump announced that he would sell “truly special” Trump watches priced at up to $100,000, made from “premium, Swiss-made” materials.

The watches were part of the former president’s latest merchandise campaign. The Republican presidential candidate wrote on his Truth Social platform about the devices and how “you’ll love them.” He added: “Would make a great Christmas present. Don’t wait, they will pass quickly. GET YOUR TRUMP WATCH NOW!”

Now the watchmaker’s origins are in question after CNN attempted to track down the company behind the devices. They are not based in Switzerland, but their address goes back to a shopping center. In Wyoming. Next to an HR&Block and a Wendy’s.

Even the address of TheBestWatchesOnEarth LLC was questioned in the CNN report. The address provided by the watchmaker is a daycare center. It is also the same address used by a lobbying firm representing the government of Montenergo. The site is also affiliated with an LLC that sells male enhancement honey.

It is also the address of the company behind Trump’s gold sneakers.

The mall or address gives no indication that it is the home of a high-end watchmaker, CNN’s report said.

When asked for comment, Trump campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said The Independent“This is not a campaign-related endeavor.”

CNN noted that the people behind TheBestWatchesOnEarth LLC remain hidden from the public. Knocking on the door of the address also did little to reveal the details behind the Trump watches.

The watch company LLC was founded on July 29, just months before Trump began promoting the jewelry.

The honey company, which lists the same Wyoming address as TheBestWatchesOnEarth LLC, uses a similar name: TheBestHoneyOnEarth. Vladimir Dmitriev, a spokesman for the honey seller, told CNN that the company is “very reputable.” Dmitriev also told the medium that he “received instructions from our leadership” not to “interact” with news outlets until after election day.

Many of the companies associated with this Wyoming office address also share the same so-called “organizer” named Andrew Pierce, according to CNN.

Carol Mendelsohn, chief marketing officer of Andrew’s company, told CNN that his organization is the registered agent for several Trump-affiliated companies. Mendelsohn told CNN that they “have no responsibility for the actions of their customers.”

But Mark Pierce, Andrew’s father and business partner, told the outlet he had no idea two of her clients were connected to Trump. He criticized the former president, saying that if Trump or his family were standing on the same side of the street as him, he would go to the other side of the street.

He also told CNN that consumers should be cautious about buying from someone with Trump’s reputation.

“Before you spend $100,000 on a watch, you should know who you are buying it from,” he said.
