Although the OnePlus 13 The official launch in China is expected on October 21st, and renderings have already surfaced online. Images posted on Chinese social platform Weibo hint at the design, with subtle changes expected. Digital Chat Station has leaked images on Weibo that reveal some not-so-obvious but significant changes to the camera settings that differentiate the OnePlus 13 from its predecessors. Unlike previous versions, the camera modules are no longer flush with the frame of the phone. It’s an interesting new arrangement, with the rear cameras now housed in a standalone circular module on the left side of the back of the phone. Interestingly, the Hasselblad logo is now located above a barely visible decorative strip on the back of the phone. This minimalist version of the OnePlus 13 undoubtedly offers an attractive and elegant new design.

The OnePlus 13 may be the most talked about phone when it comes to the rumored Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, previously dubbed Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. The new chip is expected to make its debut at Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Summit on October 22nd and promises a significant increase in performance and energy efficiency. Powered by Oryon cores, the Snapdragon 8 Elite is designed for faster speeds and seamless multitasking, which on paper means OnePlus 13 users can rely on their phones for heavy gaming. If all goes well, OnePlus could be the first company to launch this next-generation chipset, giving it a leg up on rivals like Xiaomi and Oppo.

The OnePlus 13 is expected to pack no less than a 6,000mAh battery. an impressive upgrade to the OnePlus 12, which featured a 5,400mAh device. As for charging, the OnePlus 13 is rumored to feature 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
