All about the Salman Khan chalet on the Bigg Boss 18 set

Ever since the murder of politician Baba Siddique on Saturday, October 12, all eyes have been on Bollywood star Salman Khan. The notorious gang led by jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi claimed responsibility for the attack in a social media post and in the same breath fired a warning shot at Salman Khan.

This led to widespread speculation that Khan was taking a break from work and had canceled all work commitments. However, India today.in already reported that the Ek Tha Tiger The star is ready for work and is already on the sets of Bigg Boss 18 to shoot the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes. He arrived on the sets of Bigg Boss 18 last night with his security detail and stayed at his designated chalet on the premises. According to a source, this was planned by Salman’s team in coordination with the production and the channel so that he could move smoothly amid the threats.

“When the team thought about how to shoot Bigg Boss 18 this time, they decided to play the film normally. Salman came in last night and is currently resting in his chalet. He would catch up on the highlights of the episode “And then the team will start shooting at the Galaxy Apartments as usual and wrap it up late at night,” said a source close to the production.

All about the chalet where Salman Khan spent the night before filming

To give our readers some perspective, Salman Khan’s chalet is a designated place for him on the set. The Bigg Boss compound in Filmcity houses the main house, the stage where the episodes of Weekend Ka Vaar are shot and a large living area for the host. It is 1 BHK with spacious rooms and can accommodate almost 50 people at once. It is a well-known fact that every year after the final, the host hosts a lavish closing party in his chalet with the participants and the team.

Also designed by Omung Kumar, the chalet has all the basic amenities, from a gym and make-up room to facilities for his staff to prepare his special diet meals. Khan also has space for meetings and a sleeping area for rest. The chalet was designed in Salman’s style and houses his portraits as well as some of his paintings.

According to sources, Khan often stays behind at the chalet when filming wraps too late to travel the next morning. On several occasions he arrived there much earlier, often the night before, to avoid traffic jams or delays of any kind. He also uses this time to reflect on what happened on the show during the week. Khan also discusses with the team the topics he would discuss with the participants.

Coming back to the tightened regulations, the Mumbai Police has provided Y-Plus security to the actor and a police escort vehicle is now running alongside his vehicle. A police officer trained in the use of all weapons also accompanies him at all times. The security team of over 60 people is already on set with him. Without proper verification of Adhaar card, no outsider will be allowed to enter the Bigg Boss premises. The show’s team has also been asked not to leave the set until filming is completed.

Salman Khan will shoot two episodes on Friday which will air on Colors this weekend.
