Strange bright ball floats past door camera in Minnesota

I’ve been racking my brain as to what this could be since I first saw the video. A friend of mine posted a video on her social media page showing something very bizarre captured on her Blink door camera.

Around 2 a.m. on Wednesday, October 16, a bright ball of light can be seen entering the frame of the video. The clip is about 8 seconds long and the light moves downward, illuminating surrounding objects before disappearing.

You can see a pickup truck parked nearby with its light reflecting. This is important to keep in mind as it can rule out an error or camera malfunction. Whatever that light was actually there.

I asked the witness if it made a noise or woke her up, but no one in the house noticed it when it happened.

Even stranger, it reappeared just a few nights later, this time around 2am.

Many people first think it’s just the moon, but the moon doesn’t move that fast.

Others think it could be a fly or something illuminated by the camera’s infrared light, but as I mentioned, you can see the light reflecting off the object onto the truck.

She posted a picture of the moon the next morning, showing it was still high in the morning sky and not where the orb had disappeared.

What do you think? Either way, it’s a scary thing that we’ll have to look at and see if there’s an answer!
