UFC Gaubitsch wins away against USC Fallbach with a clear 4-0 – Football Lower Austria – results, tables and goal scorers from all Lower Austria leagues.

The Union football club Gaubitsch won 4-0 in a dominant performance against USC Fallbach. In the 10th round of the 2nd class Pulkautal, the Gaubitschern managed to control the game from the start and overwhelm the Fallbachers with a strong offensive performance. The guests used their chances efficiently and hardly allowed the Union Sportclub Fallbach to develop. The approximately 170 spectators in Hagendorf saw a party that started in the first minute and ended with a goal from joker Toni Rohrböck.

Gaubitsch takes the lead early

The start of the game was extremely unfavorable for the hosts. In the first minute of the game, Georg Öfferl took advantage of a carelessness in the Fallbach defense and gave UFC Gaubitsch a 1-0 lead. The Fallbachers tried to find their way into the game, but the Gaubitschers were attentive and prevented the home team from having any serious scoring opportunities. Opportunities to increase the lead initially remained unused when a shot narrowly missed the goal in the 15th minute.

The first half remained without any further goals, and really good chances remained rare.

Gaubitsch extends the lead

In the second half the guests increased their pressure. In the 65th minute, Janis Stambolidis assisted from a Fallbacher goalkeeping error when Martin Steingassner came out of his goal too early. Stambolidis took advantage of the opportunity and increased the score to 2-0. The Fallbacher defense couldn’t keep up, and the game finally seemed to tip in Gaubitscher’s direction.

Just 20 minutes later, Thomas Plöckl demonstrated his skills when he was able to overcome Fallbacher’s defense and make it 3-0. The Fallbachers already seemed defeated at this point and were unable to counter the Gaubitscher’s speed and technique.

In the final phase, Toni Rohrböck proved that he is more than just a joker. In the 93rd minute he headed the ball into the net and finally sealed USC Fallbach’s defeat with a 4-0 win. Despite a last chance that missed the goal, the Fallbachers were unable to achieve any more results. The party ended after 96 minutes with a clear victory for the guests.

With this confident performance, the UFC Gaubitsch was able to consolidate their place in the 2nd class Pulkautal and showed that they are a serious opponent this season. For USC Fallbach there remains hope for improvement in the coming games. However, the clear defeat will certainly give food for thought.
