Flirting – a date with the apron

The exhibition “Angebandelt – ein Date mit der Schürze” (“Hooked Up – a Date with an Apron”) is currently on display in the City Museum until Sunday, September 15th.

According to the press release, the traveling exhibition also includes many exhibits from Crailsheim’s history. Anyone who thinks about the topic of “aprons” will certainly have a few things in mind. Whether your grandmother always wore an apron, or the employees in a shop in town. Aprons can also be found in paintings and photographs. Over time, however, they went out of fashion, the press release continues. The stories that the city museum tells with its exhibition “Angebandelt – ein Date mit der Schürze” are so diverse that memories are awakened in visitors.

The exhibition “Angebandelt” can be seen until Sunday, September 15, during the opening hours of the city museum (Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays and public holidays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.), the statement concludes.
