Short tests: e-book reader, smartwatch and bone conduction headphones

We have tried out three devices that can be used both at home and on the go. We start with the PocketBook Eo – a hybrid of digital notebook and e-reader. The large, high-resolution display is easy to read even in sunlight and is comfortable to use when taking notes. The integrated camera for easy snapshots is exceptional.

Not quite cheap, but very robust, is the Galaxy Watch Active2 from Samsung. It cuts an excellent figure when doing sports and the bright display is easy and intuitive to use. Precise measuring functions and other features round off the user experience.

Bone conduction headphones like the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 It’s not often seen, but it’s supposed to offer the best of two headphone worlds: it transmits mids and highs via bone conduction, while conventional sound transducers take care of the bass. The headband design makes the model particularly exciting for sporting activities.
