Dobermans experience bubble wrap for the first time and the result is cute chaos

Doberman Pinschers are often used as guard dogs and in police work. They are characterized by their strong instincts, unwavering courage and natural athleticism. These traits and their high trainability make them ideal working dogs. But their loyalty and affection set them apart and make them fantastic family pets that form deep bonds with their humans.

These two dogs are prime examples of these many great qualities. Their loving nature towards their father and their innate desire to protect him from that noisy plastic are clearly evident.

These two are the best! While they may not have understood that sound, they didn’t want anything to happen to their dad (@suavexavier_) and immediately tried to remove the threat to him. Knox remained calm but curious while his dad crumpled the wrap in his hand. However, when he heard the threatening sound, he bit into it to take it down and remove it from his dad’s hands. Once he got used to this strange entity, dad tried making the popping sound again and Knox didn’t disappoint and immediately grabbed it again.

Next up was Bear. This spirited pup had his dad dial 911 on his phone ahead of time in case things got out of hand. Ha! And they did. He transformed from a cuddly boy into a crazed fighter to protect his dad from this unknown danger. It’s safe to say they would protect their dad from any possible danger without hesitation.

Are Dobermans naturally guard dogs?

This beautiful breed was bred specifically to protect their owners, according to Doberman Planet. Even though they were not trained for personal protection, this trait is deeply rooted in their DNA. They are loyal and enjoy being by their human’s side. They are also considered one of the most intelligent breeds with the ability to solve problems. Given the Doberman’s fearlessness, intelligence, and physical strength, it’s no wonder they are often chosen to watch over the home and family.

These spirited responses got people laughing. Viewer @livepinkpanther noted, “I wasn’t expecting Knox to activate beast mode on the bubble wrap. When he did that I knew the bubble wrap didn’t stand a chance when Bear arrived on the scene.” So he prepared his phone. Another person responded, “Once again Bear is being a gangster and saving daddy from the bubble wrap demon.” He takes his job seriously.

When these guys are in the house, there’s no need to worry about outside threats. Considering how bravely they responded to bubble wrap, no one in their right mind would question how they would respond to an intruder.
