Samsung shows what the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus can do in this leaked video commercial

Samsung shows what the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus can do in this leaked video commercial

In brief

  • A leaked video commercial practically confirms the key features of the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus, including design similarities with its predecessor.
  • The display highlights AI features such as “Circle to Search” and “Sketch to Image” and demonstrates the capabilities of the S Pen.
  • It also shows the presence of a Galaxy AI key on official keyboard cases and the tablet’s IP68 rating.

The leaked video, posted by reliable leaker Mystery Lupin on X (formerly Twitter), practically confirms that the Tab S10 family may not offer many significant improvements compared to last year’s Galaxy Tab S9 models. The video is quite minimalistic, with some viewers even comparing it to a “PowerPoint presentation.”

The ad’s focus on AI features is in line with Samsung’s broader focus in 2024. We get glimpses of features like Circle to Find and Sketch to Image, and show how the included S Pen can turn doodles into works of art. The video also confirms the presence of a dedicated Galaxy AI button on official keyboard cases, as well as the tablet’s IP68 rating, a standard feature on Samsung’s flagship tablets.

While the video shows few details, there is a short shot where you can see a bright light reflecting off the tablet’s display. This could refer to the new “anti-glare” panels rumored to be included in the Galaxy Tab S10 series.

We already know from previous leaks that Samsung will be ditching the 11-inch base model of the Galaxy Tab S10 this year and will instead focus on the Tab S10 Plus and Tab S10 Ultra. The leaked Samsung listing reveals that the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus 256GB will start at $999.99, while the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra will reportedly start at $1,199.99 for the 256GB model.

While these prices are in line with last year’s Galaxy Tab S9 models, the lack of a base Tab S10 model means the starting price for Samsung’s flagship tablets this year will be $1,000, compared to last year’s $800 option.

Given the increasing number of leaks and the brief appearance of Samsung’s official pre-order page, it seems like Samsung could announce the Galaxy Tab S10 series any day now.
