They manage their farm almost entirely on their own and are also parents of two. What Cheyenne Ochsenknecht and her husband Nino Sifkovits do every day is no mean feat. And despite everything, they are still… a couple! How do they manage not to lose sight of each other despite the stress of everyday life? Not with the classic, that’s what the two of them have. “A date night like that every week, that’s never happened and we don’t need it,” Nino surprisingly reveals in an RTL interview. And Cheyenne agrees with him completely.

“So once a month we have this date night… We’re the ones who reserve a table and then cancel an hour before because we’re too lazy,” she explains with a laugh, appreciating the little things: “So our date night is every evening when the kids are asleep, even when he’s watching football or I’m on the phone. Or we watch football together. That’s our date night.” Even working together on the farm is a moment of togetherness for the mother of two: “We always work together and that’s our time together, even when we’re working.” But we really enjoy it and we make fun of it and take it all with humor.”

Showering without a baby monitor – pure luxury for Cheyenne Ochsenknecht

She is a wife, mother, influencer and farmer – Cheyenne doesn’t have much time for herself. But that’s not a problem, as she says: “I don’t really need that kind of me time right now.” The 24-year-old doesn’t long for party nights with her girls: “In the evenings, when the kids are asleep and I can watch trash TV, that’s my me time.” Or just taking a shower in peace without a baby monitor, that’s also my me time, or going to the toilet without a child standing next to me.”
