20 percent off hardware for your birthday – with exceptions

We have already reported that Google is celebrating its 26th birthday with discounts in the Google Store starting tomorrow. Now the conditions of the promotion from 27 to 29 September are also known: Google is offering a discount code BIRTHDAY26 A 20 percent discount. The offer ends on September 29th at midnight.

Anyone who thinks that they can get a current Pixel 9 (here is our first impression) or Pixel 9 Pro (XL) (here is our first impression of the Pro device) with a big discount is unfortunately mistaken. The 20 percent discount in the Google Store applies with the exception of the latest new releases: Google Pixel Watch 3, Google Pixel Buds Pro 2, Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold, Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, Google Pixel 9 Pro, Google Pixel 9, Google TV Streamer as well as Nest Audio and Nest Mini.

When you buy a Google Pixel 9 you get 100 euros in store credit, and with the Pixel Watch 3 it is 50 euros.
