They manage their farm almost entirely alone and are also parents of two. What Cheyenne Ochsenknecht and her husband Nino Sifkovits do every day is not without its own merits. And despite everything, they are still… a couple! How do you manage not to lose sight of yourself despite everyday stress? Not with the classic, that’s what the two festivals say. “A date night like this every week has never happened and we don’t need it,” Nino surprisingly reveals in the RTL interview. And Cheyenne wholeheartedly agrees.

“This date night happens once a month… We’re the ones who reserve a table and then cancel an hour before because we’re too lazy,” she explains with a laugh and appreciates the little things: “So Our date night is every night when the kids are asleep, even if he’s watching football or I’m on my phone. Or we watch football together. That’s our date night.” Even working together on the farm are moments of togetherness for the mother of two: “We always work together and that’s our time together, even when we’re working.” But it makes us happy a lot of fun and we have fun with it and take it all with humor.”

Showering without a baby monitor – pure luxury for Cheyenne Ochsenknecht

She is a wife, mother, influencer and farmer – Cheyenne doesn’t have much time for herself. But that’s not a problem, as she says: “Somehow I don’t need that kind of me time right now.” The 24-year-old doesn’t long for party evenings with her girls: “In the evenings, when the children are asleep and I’m watching trash TV “Or just taking a shower in peace without a baby monitor, that’s also my me time, or going to the toilet without a child standing next to me.”
