Osterhofen: “The time for excuses is over” – top match in Künzing

Osterhofen: “The time for excuses is over” – top match in Künzing

On the 12th matchday of the District League East, the absolute basement duel will take place between bottom team SpVgg Osterhofen and their front team with the same points, TSV Grafenau. At the top of the ranking, the confident leader DJK Vornbach is the clear favorite against the recently weakening SV Schöfweg. The second-placed FC Obernzell-Erlau is handing over its calling card to FC Künzing.

Daniel Kopp (sports director TSV Regen): “Unfortunately, despite numerous chances in the catch-up game against Obernzell-Erlau, we ended up empty-handed. It is precisely this exploitation of opportunities that we want to improve in the home game against Oberpolling. This will also be necessary in order to keep the three points against a strong opponent.”

Personal: Alexander Schaller, Maximilian Kappl and Christian Mühlehner cannot take part. There is still a question mark behind Thomas Wölfl’s commitment.

Alexander Starkl (player-coach SV Oberpolling): “The win against Waldkirchen was immensely important for the boys’ minds. Now it’s about taking the good feeling with you into autumn. We know that we are clearly outsiders again, but we want to defend ourselves and appear united.”

Personal: Except for Michael Schiefer, everyone is on board.

Roland Samer (assistant coach SV Hutthurm): “At the moment we are simply not showing any consistency in our performance. In order to keep the points in Hutthurm, we simply have to bring more balance between offense and defense into our game. Knowing full well that it won’t be easy against Niederalteich for coach fox Himpsl.”

Personal: Matthias Kühberger, Dustin Lippert, Sebastian Loibl, Florian Kaltenecker and Eldan Ramovic will not be found on the score sheet.

Andreas Obermeier (co-player coach SpVgg Niederalteich): “We have a real challenge waiting for us. Under the floodlights we will face the reigning runner-up. The hosts currently have the best goalscorer in the league and have good individual players in their ranks. A stable defense and a unified team performance will be crucial for Hutthurms The offensive was to be kept in check and there was something to be taken away.

Personal: Marcel Müller, Maximilian Mutz and Andreas Obermeier are ready to play again. Lukas Kaufmann, Noah Kremhöller and Andreas Eberhardt, however, cannot be there.

Gundolf Hain (sports director TSV Waldkirchen): “After the desolate performance in Oberpolling, all forces must be pooled against Garham in order to get back on track.”

Personal: Simon Boxleitner, Matthias Pauli and Jonas Heß are back. Manuel Karlsdorfer, Lukas Schätzl and Jonas Wagner will be missing.

Jonas Moser (player-coach SV Garham): “We had to accept a very unfortunate and late defeat against Oberdiendorf. We want to fight all the more for something countable during our guest appearance in Waldkirchen.

Personal: Michael Stiller, Julian and Florian Peter have to be replaced.

Meiko Wandl (Trainer TSV-DJK Oberdiendorf): “Our win in Garham was very lucky. It was our weakest game so far, but the three points are of course good for us. In the coming game there has to be a significant increase in performance in all parts of the team if we want to get something. After initial problems, Mauth has gotten into really good shape. Our opponent works extremely disciplined as a collective against the ball, is extremely dangerous in the transition game with Tolksdorf, Segl and Fuchs and, no matter how good it is to score a goal at set pieces, we can continue to score at home.

Personal: The capable newcomer can rely on the same squad as last week. Ex-coach Stefan Richter will look after the team for head usher Meiko Wandl, who is on holiday.

Uli Köberl (sports director TSV Mauth): “The newcomer from Oberdiendorf plays a very good role in the district league. Coach Wandl’s team is very well staffed, especially on offense. After three wins in a row, we suffered an unfortunate defeat against Vornbach last weekend. Attitude and performance were definitely right. We have to build on that in order to be able to score points in Oberdiendorf.

Personal: Dominik Herzig and Mathias Krampfl will return to the squad. Bastian Hilz is also expected to be ready for action again. David Zitzl will not be available due to injury.

Michael Jäger (sports director DJK Vornbach): “We should have been sufficiently warned from the last games against Schöfweg, because they were always very close and competitive games.”

Personal: In addition to the long-term injured players, trainer Heiko Schwarz as well as Thomas Pfandl and Johannes Woyke are not available.

Marcel Eder (co-player coach SV Schöfweg): “On Saturday we go to the best team in the league. Despite the defeats in the previous weeks, we will not allow ourselves to be disturbed and we will certainly not give up the game in advance – despite being clearly outsiders.”

Personal: There is a big question mark behind the deployment of defense chief Daniel Wenzl. Marcel Eder, Sebastian Niedermeier and Felix Stadler are still no options.

Martin Kreß (coach SpVgg Ruhmannsfelden): “Grainet is – alongside Vornbach – the team of the moment. A team that works very well together, is very stable defensively and has very good quality up front. Therefore it will be a very difficult game. But we delivered a good performance last week and I hope we can build on that.”

Personal: Armin Pfeffer, Valentin Geiger, Marcel Steinbauer, Tim Weinberger and Jonas Englmeier cannot take part.

Johannes Gastinger (Trainer SV Grainet): “After our convincing home win against Hutthurm, we have the next very difficult away task against in Ruhmannsfelden. The Kreß team has a very good quality and is one of the absolute top teams in this league and will not go home empty-handed.

Personal: Hannes Guminger, Alfred Hammer and Bastian Wagner are missing from the SVG squad.

Stefan Irmen (press spokesman SpVgg Osterhofen): “From now on we have absolutely groundbreaking games against direct competitors in which we have to score the best. Claims and reality are currently out of proportion. That’s why it’s the entire team’s duty to finally flip the switch. The time for excuses is over, even the last player must have understood that now.

Personal: There are still a few ambiguities. Amel Sogolj and Niki Kruska are not at the party.

Alexander Adam (coach TSV Grafenau): “The last two defeats have completely set us back in the table. Even though we haven’t managed anything away from home yet, we have to win in Osterhofen in order not to lose touch. It will be a game of equals in which the penalty for mistakes will play a significant role.

Personal: With the exception of long-term patients Philipp Wilhelm, Manuel Hufsky and Tobias Groß, the “Stodbärn” can make full use of their resources.

Daniel Seidl (Sporting Director FC Künzing): “With Obernzell we face one of the most unpleasant teams in the league to play against. They have developed sensationally over the last few years and have developed even further compared to last season, playing very compactly and efficiently. But we are playing at home and have the ambition to win the game and regain second place in the table.

Personal: The Romans have almost everything they can draw on. Apart from the long-term patients, there are no fixed failures. Only Samuel Kronschnabel is still on the brink.

Alexander Galle (co-player coach FC Obernzell-Erlau): “We currently have the momentum on our side. We’re getting through the bad phases of the game pretty unscathed at the moment and in the good ones we’re scoring goals at the right moment. That’s why we can’t let the good run fool us. We know where we’re coming from and there are still points against relegation. The fact that we were able to top last year’s start to the season is still the clear favorite on Sunday to take something countable. We’re looking forward to it. We’ll definitely leave everything on the pitch and then we’ll see what happens next end pops out.

Personal: In addition to the permanent absences, Markus Schramm, Nico Klinglmair and Benedikt Kleiner also cannot play.
