Shootings in Milwaukee on Sunday; 2 injured

MILWAUKEE – Two people were injured in separate shootings in Milwaukee on Sunday, September 29th.

16th and Burleigh

A 46-year-old man is in critical condition in the hospital after a shooting. Police said it happened near 16th and Burleigh around 3:52 p.m

The victim was found unconscious in a vehicle. They were taken to hospital with serious injuries and are in critical condition.

The circumstances leading to the shooting are under investigation. Police are continuing to search for everyone involved.

According to police, the shooting occurred between 3 and 5 a.m. The victim, a 32-year-old, arrived at the hospital hours later, around 2:40 p.m., to receive treatment for injuries sustained during the shooting.
