VIENNA/JOSEFSTADT. Autumn time is storm time. The grape harvest begins in the city’s vineyards in late summer. Due to the young level of ripeness, this created a special sweet-tart note, especially during the storm. And red-white-red is not just the color of the alcoholic drink. Because Sturm can only be made from Austrian grapes. The serving period is also regulated by law. Restaurateurs are only allowed to serve Sturm between August 1st and December 31st of the harvest year.

In the middle of the city, with a romantic atmosphere, the cult drink can now be enjoyed in the Weinstube Josefstadt. Café Hummel
