Bournemouth coach Andoni Iraola said he was “disappointed” at being suspended from the touchline for the game after picking up three yellow cards.

“We can’t change it,” he said. “I was told you can’t appeal a yellow card. That doesn’t happen in Spain. You can do it there.”

Speaking on his first chance to experience the Cherries’ rivalry with Southampton, he added: “I’m sure this is a game our fans want to win and their fans probably feel the same way.”
