Jazzfreunde will get their money’s worth again on October 9th in the Seidl-Keller: This time, Freiraum chairman Manfred Jüngling has the Virginia MacDonald-Stéphane Belmondo Quintet as guests.

A shooting star of the jazz scene on the clarinet and a first-rate veteran on the trumpet: the next Freiraum concert promises to be a real treat for jazz lovers. Virginia MacDonald is a young Canadian who started playing the clarinet at the age of seven and now performs in the hottest clubs in the world. Together with Stéphane Belmondo on the trumpet she will be heard on October 9th at 8 p.m. in the Seidl-Keller. The Frenchman is one of the greatest trumpeters in Europe and has already played with Stéphane Grappelli and Tom Harrell.

At the concert in Bruck, the formation is completed by the two Austrians Oliver Kent on the piano and drummer Bernd Reiter, as well as the Italian Aldo Zunino on bass, to form a quintet.

Tickets are available in advance for 22 euros in the Seidl-Keller, for 23.50 euros at kulturon.at, and at the box office for 24 euros. Reservations are possible at [email protected] or [email protected].
