The Oppo Find X8 series, the company’s next flagship, is expected to launch in the coming weeks. Over the past few months, various leaks have revealed details about the upcoming devices. Recently, a tipster shared detailed specifications for the standard Oppo Find X8 model, which is expected to come with MediaTek’s latest high-end processor. Alongside these updates, leaked images of the Oppo Find X7’s successor have also surfaced online.

Oppo Find X8 specs leaked

A Weibo user, Small Town Assessment (translated from Chinese), has leaked important information about the upcoming Oppo Find X8 on the popular Chinese microblogging site. The leak suggests that the phone will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 SoC, which is expected to launch on October 9th. According to rumors, the device will also run on Android 15, combined with Oppo’s ColorOS 15.

The tipster claims that the Oppo Find X8 will feature a 6.5-inch 1.5K BOE display with narrow bezels. The back is said to be made of glass and house a triple camera with a 50-megapixel Sony LYT 600 sensor for the telephoto lens.

Additionally, a user on X (formerly known as Twitter) has shared what appear to be live images of the Oppo Find X8. These photos show the phone’s display, part of its centrally aligned circular rear camera module and its metallic edges, which closely resemble the design touted by Oppo’s Find series product boss.

According to a recent leak on Weibo, the Oppo Find image shared by the tipster also shows that the phone may have a tri-state alarm slider and a dedicated button for additional functions.

The leak also suggests that the Oppo Find X8 could launch in China on October 21st. The phone is rumored to be available in four color options: Black, Blue, Pink and White. As the release date approaches, more information about the Find X8 series is expected.
