Triple H talks The Rock’s WWE future, Cody Rhodes talks about his demanding schedule

During the post-show press conference for WWE Bad Blood 2024, WWE Chief Creative Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque spoke about Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s epic return at Saturday’s pay-per-view event.

You can find some highlights in the following press report:

On how The Rock comes and goes to WWE as he pleases: “I think the key word was how he likes it, right? The rock is the rock. He will make it – you saw that last time. The final boss was here. Whether we were on the air or not, whether we were still rolling cameras or not, he does what he wants to do, when he wants to do it. I think that’s the cool thing about being the final boss. He is the rock. He can do whatever he wants.”

What happens next: “For me, it’s cool to have that. Having “The Rock” in your kitty is pretty cool, right? Once again the embarrassment of wealth. We have so much stuff, when you have a moment like that with The Rock, it’s wonderful to see. Where does he go from here? It could go anywhere. That’s the beauty of it. When we finish tonight, share any epic stories that take you to one place. Then you ask yourself: “But what now?” I don’t know where it’s going. We want everyone to be there.”

In a recent appearance on the Superstar Crossover podcast, Cody Rhodes discussed his obligations as undisputed WWE Universal Champion and noted that WWE has done everything it can to make his schedule easier.

Cody said: “The schedule for the champion is indeed an aggressive schedule, but I still get time with my girls every week and that is just the best. WWE helps build a team around you, you get dedicated people… in the sense of a dedicated talent relations person, a dedicated travel person, there are these dedicated people that we have a little meeting with on a weekly basis. “

Rhodes added: “I really enjoyed it and really relied on it.”
