UGC NET Result 2024 Latest Update: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to soon announce the results for the June 2024 re-examination of the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC NET). Once released, candidates who have registered for the UGC NET 2024 exam can view and download their results on the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The final answer key is expected to be released along with the results.

Previously, the NTA had released provisional UGC NET answer keys in two phases with the appeal window ending on September 14, 2024. Candidates could challenge the provisional answer keys by paying Rs 200 per question. Subject matter experts will review these challenges and if found valid, the final answer key will be updated accordingly.

The UGC NET June re-exam was held on August 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30 and September 2, 3, 4 and 5 in Computer-Based Test ( CBT) mode performed. In UGC NET Exam For each correct answer, candidates will get two marks and there will be no penalty for wrong answers. No points will be awarded or deducted for questions left unanswered or marked for review.

For questions with multiple correct answers or ambiguities, candidates receive points for each valid choice. In cases where a question is deemed incorrect and discarded, candidates who answered it will still receive two points.
