The Fashion Weeks have shown what will be popular in 2025 – but the good news: Some of the upcoming trends are so versatile that we can already integrate them into our autumn and winter looks. From power suits to boho chic. So you can wear the catwalk highlights straight away.

The fashion weeks for spring and summer 2025 are over. The creative designs of designers from London, Paris, New York and Milan have sparked the desire for new styles. Some of the latest fashion trends can already be easily integrated into your autumn and winter wardrobe. These are the most important styles that fashion lovers want to wear right now.

Gentle power dressing

The resurgence of power dressing in a new, softer edition was one of the most striking trends of fashion weeks. Designers like Saint Laurent and Bottega Veneta presented extravagant female business looks for the coming summer – with glittering gold jackets, oversized blazers, lace-trimmed skirts and wide-leg trousers. These “soft power dressing” outfits are not only suitable for the office, but are also an excellent alternative to the chic dress for elegant evening events. For fall and winter 2024, this look can be customized with fabrics like wool or cashmere and paired with a stylish turtleneck or silk blouse.

Romanticism sends its regards

Romantic style is back in the form of voluminous dresses with floral patterns and flowing silhouettes. At Loewe and Chloé, white A-line dresses and floor-length skirts in floral patterns and light fabrics delighted the audience. But why wait for spring? In autumn and winter, romantic, feminine dresses can be worn with cardigans or oversized coats. Floral patterns in muted colors such as dark green, wine red or midnight blue look particularly elegant.

Fringes are back!

Fringes were omnipresent during fashion weeks – from Gucci to Diesel to Ralph Lauren. Whether on coats, dresses or bags: Fringes give every outfit a certain lightness and dynamism. We can already incorporate this trend into everyday life this fall: Extravagant fringed items, such as a leather jacket, should be combined with clear, minimalist basics.

The return of boho chic

The boho trend is celebrating its comeback! Among other things, Chloé and Fendi have brought long, flowing dresses decorated with lace details back onto the catwalk. In fall and winter 2024, these flowing pieces can be styled in a layered look together with warmer fabrics such as velvet or wool. This cozy combination is ideal: a boho dress with a chunky cardigan or a long coat. Earth tones such as terracotta, beige and olive green fit perfectly with the autumnal color palette.
