Between the Pixel clock and the Android smartphone used at the same time, in most cases there is a permanent connection through which the devices synchronize. A small but nice update is now being rolled out, which should especially help people who charge their Pixel Watch during the day and don’t have much time for it: The smartphone provides information about a fully charged smartwatch.

Many frequently used smart devices need to be charged every day in order to be able to cover the full distance again the next day. This is no different for smartphones than for smartwatches and, depending on usage, also for digital headphones. If you charge your Pixel Watch every day and don’t do it overnight, you might find the latest feature very practical: the smartwatch reports to the smartphone as soon as it is fully charged.

It couldn’t be easier: As soon as the smartwatch is 100 percent charged, there is a notification on the smartphone informing you of this. If you’re in a hurry, you don’t have to constantly check the current status, but can put the smartwatch back on your wrist immediately after the charging process is complete and continue using it. Alternatively, there is also the Bluetooth tile, which can provide information about the current battery status of connected devices.

This notification has not yet been officially announced, but it is being seen by many users these days and is therefore likely to have already been rolled out quite widely.
