At around 50 branches: Aldi is launching a new range of parking spaces – what customers expected

Customers will soon find a new offer and parking spaces at around 50 Aldi Süd branches. Here we show what customers expected here.

As the “Lebensmittel Zeitung” reports, Aldi Süd is offering a new service for its customers. Myflexbox stations will now be installed in the parking lots of branches that are not yet equipped with a DHL packing station. This new cooperation partner enables customers to receive, send and return packages from GLS, UPS and FedEx contactlessly.

The discounter plans to set up a total of 50 Myflexbox stations by the end of next year. The first stations are already available in North Rhine-Westphalia, including in Duisburg, Bocholt and Moers.

Myflexbox was founded in 2018 by the Salzburger Stadtwerke. The company has also been active on the German market since 2022. In Austria, the provider is already working with Lidl, while in Germany, alongside Aldi Süd, Budni also relies on Myflexbox. In contrast to many other parcel station operators, no parcel service provider is involved in the company.
