Traveled to Cologne especially from Bavaria: Young man is looking forward to a date with “Emily”

Cologne – A young man (21). Bavaria Apparently several men are robbing people in Cologne. Now look for the die police after the suspected robbers!

As a spokesman for the Cologne police explained on Friday, the attack took place last Sunday evening (October 6th) on Kendenicher Straße in the Zollstock district of Cologne delivered.

According to the current status of the investigation, the 21-year-old had previously been in contact via a messenger service with a person who posed as “Emily” and with whom he had arranged to meet in Cologne.

The young man had come from Bavaria especially for the supposed date. When he showed up on Kendenicher Strasse around 8 p.m. on the evening in question, he experienced a nasty surprise.

There the 21-year-old is said to have met the two suspects pictured and another unknown person who threatened the Allgäu resident with a firearm and an electric stun gun!

The trio then demanded that he hand over his fanny pack, including cash and debit card, before they violently brought their victim to the ground and finally ran away in an unknown direction.

“Under the impression of what had happened, the injured party revealed the PIN number on his debit card, whereupon the wanted people made cash withdrawals from various ATMs,” reported the police spokesman. However, they were filmed by a surveillance camera.

The investigators have now published the recordings and asked for information from the public in their search for the suspects.
