Unhappy with the game? Update 1.05 banishes problems

Anyone who has problems with the survival horror game “Until Dawn” on the PS5 should be particularly happy about the latest update. This leads to some nervous mistakes.

Ballistic Moon and Sony have released the new edition of “Until Dawn” released for PS5 and PC. However, the launch was marred by a few problems. These didn’t necessarily have anything to do with it the essential quality of the survival horror game to do, but were mainly of a technical nature. Fortunately, a new update is available to download that should fix some of the bugs.

This is in update 1.05 for Until Dawn

In order to appease the sometimes somewhat heated tempers of fans, Ballistic Moon has released update 1.05 for the rebuild of “Until Dawn”. While the patch isn’t exceptionally large, it does include a variety of bug fixes that should certainly improve the overall gaming experience.

Some players had to struggle with a black screen or individual frame failures in certain situations. This update addresses exactly this problem. An annoying error in Chapter 1 when looking closely at a profile should now be a thing of the past.

Shortly after the launch, fans began to complain about various bugs, which in the worst case scenario could lead to the game crashing. This occurs in various situations – both on PS5 and PC. According to the developer, at least some of these crash bugs have now been fixed.

What’s next for Until Dawn?

Patch 1.05 was by no means the last update for the rebuild of the survival horror game. As the Ballistic Moon team has announced, there are still a number of bugs and problems that need to be ironed out.

The plans also include full HDR support, Temporal Super Resolution optimization, and some ray tracing adjustments. A conflict with certain antivirus programs is also on the developers’ list. This will all be fixed in the next updates. However, it is not yet known when exactly these will appear.
