The shots went through the restaurant’s glass window and also struck a 27-year-old woman who worked there, CPD said.

The woman was also treated by CFD and taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where she is said to be in serious condition.

After the shooting, there was a heavy police presence outside the Delicias Mexicanas restaurant. The restaurant appears to be a late night option in the area.

As of Tuesday morning, no one is in custody and Area Four detectives are investigating.
