Helmsauer Group makes its 25th takeover

With effect from January 1st, 2025, the insurance broker UFC GmbH will belong to the Helmsauer Group. With the acquisition of the specialist broker, the Helmsauer Group is also celebrating its 25th takeover. Helmsauer & Colleagues Assekuranzmakler AG, a company of the Helmsauer Group, concluded the purchase agreement with UFC GmbH. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The specialist broker, based in Göttingen, focuses on the “healthcare” target group and works primarily for practicing doctors and dentists, from medical studies to retirement. UFC GmbH also offers management consulting services for the management of medical practices, branch advice and support in setting up medical care centers or professional practice communities. The previous managing director Bettina Gleisberg remains on board. As part of the merger, UFC GmbH will also benefit from the Helmsauer Curamed Management Company and Consulting Center for Healthcare GmbH.

Bernd Helmsauer, CEO of the Helmsauer Group, says: “The cooperation with eight different specialist medical associations in Germany creates significant growth opportunities for UFC GmbH, which we will significantly support by expanding sales and further expanding internal sales.” (lg )
