Reward for information leading to an arrest in a homicide outside the Flint Club

FLINT, MI – A $2,500 reward has been set for information leading to a felony arrest in connection with the shooting of James Isom III.

Isom, 51, was found shot outside the Golden Leaf Club near Kennelworth Avenue and Harrison Street in Flint around 9:45 p.m. on July 3.

According to Crime Stoppers of Flint & Genesee County, police found Isom lying on the road near his motorcycle.

Isom graduated from Powers Catholic High School in 1990 and enjoyed fishing, motorcycle riding and his two dogs, according to his obituary. He was also an active member of the Street Soldiers Motorcycle Club 1919.

Crime Stoppers of Flint & Genesee County is offering the cash reward.

Only information that leads to an arrest for a crime is eligible for the reward.
