Not just videos anymore: Adobe expands Frame.io

So far, the Adobe tool Frame.io has mainly been used to work on videos. Now other media are being added. Frame.io is also expanding its Camera Cloud ecosystem.

During the three-day Adobe Max conference in Miami Beach, Adobe is presenting many innovative innovations. For example, the acceptance tool Frame.io, which has received a proper update.

Frame.io allows media to be uploaded and shared with a team. The tool makes it possible to comment in real time or compare different versions of a film. The system is intended to ensure better collaboration and work processes in a group.

Frame.io now supports photos and audio files

Until now, the tool was mainly designed for video content. With the innovation, photos, audio files and designs can now also be edited. The projects can be imported seamlessly from the well-known Adobe programs.

Thanks to the “Camera to Cloud Ecosystem”, photography enthusiasts can also upload their images directly from the camera. Cameras from Canon, Nikon and Leica are now also supported by Frame.io. Frame.io V4 is now available to you in Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise plans.
