Superman actor Christopher Reeve’s children remember ‘wonderful father’

The documentary, which will be released in cinemas in November, had its UK premiere at the London Film Festival on Monday.

Alexandra Reeve Givens noted, “This year marks the 20th anniversary of our father’s death, and while this wasn’t an intentional way to mark the anniversary, it just felt like the right time when we were comfortable enough feel to be willing to share something.” this story.

The film features home videos that the family shared with the documentary’s directors, Ian Bonhôte and Peter Ettedgui.

“Reliving those experiences was incredibly powerful,” Alexandra said.

“[The film] of course tells the story of our father, [with] There’s great Superman footage from the early years in there, but they also made a much bigger story about what it means to be a family and stick together through thick and thin.”
