Kidnapped children a painful tragedy during the Russia-Ukraine war: Kiev top official

A call for international help in finding Ukrainian children allegedly abducted by Russia during its invasion of Ukraine has been published by Andriy Yermak, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
