enterJS Accessibility Day: Get tickets at an early bird price for another week!

Accessibility Day 2024, an online theme day of the enterprise JavaScript conference enterJS, will take place on November 7, 2024. Organized by iX and dpunkt.verlag in collaboration with Dr. Maria Korneeva, the event is aimed at frontend, full stack and web developers as well as product owners and tech leads.

enterJS Accessibility Day: The program

The program offers six 45-minute specialist lectures from experts that cover topics such as the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Speakers of the day include Domingos de Oliveira, Dr. Stefan Breuer, Nina Jameson, Marc Haunschild, Anna Maier and Daniela Kubesch.

Participants have the opportunity to ask questions after each lecture. A final discussion at the end of the day rounds off the online conference program.

The organizers are also offering two online workshops: On November 6th, Sophie Johannig will show how to develop websites that are compatible with screen readers and voice input. On November 19th, Marc Haunschild addressed compliance with legal requirements and checking websites for accessibility. Tickets are available for this via the ticket shop on the conference website and cost 549 euros per workshop (plus 19% VAT).
