“Informant – Fear over the City” is intended to keep thriller fans glued to their screens. The series takes place in Hamburg and revolves around a topic that seems omnipresent, especially these days: terrorist attacks.

In the series “Informant” viewers get an insight into what is happening behind the scenes. The police in Hamburg suspect that there will be an attack on the Elbphilharmonie.

Both police officers and an informed informant worked to prevent the attack. However, the efforts will increasingly result in an opaque network. Can the attack really be stopped?

“Informant”: These stars are there

In “Informant” the audience recognizes one face in particular: Jürgen Vogel plays the LKA investigator “Gabriel Bach”. He is supported by the BKA officer “Holly Valentin”, who is played by Elisa Schlott. We know her from, among other things, “Ramstein – The Pierced Heart” or “The Empress”.

“Reza Shaheen” is infiltrated into the terrorist organization as an informant. This role is taken on by Ivar Wafaei, who has already appeared in “Blindgänger” and “Last Trace Berlin”.

Additional roles will be taken on by Claudia Michelsen, Bayan Layla and Gabriela Marie Schmeide. The director was Matthias Glasner, who was already responsible for the film “Die”.

There are a total of six episodes of “Informant”, each lasting 45 minutes. Viewers who can’t wait can already find all episodes streaming in the ARD media library.

In the linear program, the series is divided into two parts. Episodes one to three can be seen on ARD on October 16th from 8:15 p.m., episodes four to six will be shown on October 17th from 8:15 p.m.
